The very next day there was even more done! They, Coello & Associates, INC, got the footings in and brought in the forms for the foundation wall. We were still grinning from ear to ear at the progression. This was really happening! We were told that during construction the house will look big then small then big. This is actually when we thought the house looked small and worried a bit about room sizes. But like I mentioned early on, if you are building a custom home that you have never seen before, measure things out to get a good idea of room sizes, hallway widths, kitchen island, etc. Better yet, go to open models to get a good perspective of how big rooms will be.
