Taping and Mudders and Texture OH MY!

The next phase to quickly start was getting the drywall ready for the texture spray base. They have to tape, mud and sand all joints. LOTS of work to do but they are quick. Before we knew it there was texture on the walls.

When we arrived on that Friday evening, the atmosphere in the house was so thick and hot. We of course picked the perfect time to bring our first meal over to the house…Chinese food. We probably shouldn’t have stayed inside to have our picnic dinner but the whole house was completely painted with the texture. We were in awe. Each stage of this house building has brought us such joy and can never get over the fact that in just a few months, this will be our new home.
