Backfill

We have had rain here which would set us little behind from where we need to get the back fill from. We have a lot of back fill from the excavating of our foundation but just not enough. I wish we could use top soil OR better yet, dig a hole on the property and use what we have. Never the less, we have had a lull in the building process.

Wouldn’t you know it, we decided to not check on the property for a few days and the excavators came out. They started on Sept 5th and finished up with what they had on the 6th. We stopped by that evening and were in awe. Yeah, it’s only dirt around the foundation, but this gave us the opportunity to walk where the garage is and the surround patio. We also got to experience our first sunset on the patio. What a view we are going to have!
